The British Solo Ice Dance Championships

The British Solo Ice Dance Championships were held 27th - 30th June 2011 in Sheffield and marked the end of the 2011 solo ice dance series. Bracknell was well represented throughout the event and saw many creditable performances of which we can be proud.

Very well done to all of our other skaters who qualified for the Championship and represented Bracknell some members were competing in their very first Championships and final placings were as follows:

An IJS couples event, which concluded the 2010/2011 season, was held alongside the solo dance championship and was dominated by Bracknell entrants. Congratulations to our medallists:

Franchesca Stevens and William Norcliffe-Brown - 3rd

Junior:

Charlotte Hester and Jordan Brown – 1st

Laura and Ryan gained the novice competitive test score which has earned them a place at the 2011 British Figure Skating Championships.
