Well done to everyone who attended the rehearsal last night and thank you for your patience!  The closing number and curtain call went well and the plan tonight is to take a photo of everyone with the cake at the end of the gala so skaters will remain on the ice until this is done. 

Once completed skaters will need to return to the changing rooms straight away to get changed out of their boots as the disco session will start as soon as the gala is over so we need to clear the area.

All skaters are invited to hospitality for cake!  The Hospitality room is located above the cafe and should be accessed via the back stairs from the boot room as per panto to avoid the disco skaters.  Please bring your skates and possessions with you as boot room will start receiving disco skaters once we have left.  Everyone can then exit via the stairs past Honies and Ski.  Parents - if not in the boot room to help your child get changed you can meet them in Hospitality via the doors to ski to the right of reception. 

Changing room arrangements – please arrive by 5.30pm at the latest.

• Female soloists and dance group should use the left hand hockey changing room off the boot room (panto make up room).
• Male soloists to use the Ref’s room next to this.
• Opening group number to use the boot room
• Synchro skaters to use away hockey changing room on AV side as per instructions from Jen.  Those in the opening number should make their way to the Olympia entrance for the start of the gala.

Photos and video are being taken of the gala and will be available to purchase at a later date.
