Selection Criteria

All skaters must be members of NISA as the gala is held under NISA permit.  Solo slots will be allocated to BISC members who have represented the club at competition between October 2013 and July 2014 based on competition results.

In the case of there being multiple skaters applying in any category priority will go to the highest achieved IJS score.  In the case of there being no one applying for a category that slot(s) will be allocated to other categories where there are a surplus of skaters.   Allocations will take into account the overall line-up balance of the Gala to maintain audience appeal.

Skaters who have achieved Level 8 in either Dance or Free but have not competed, so do not have an IJS score, may also apply for a solo slot.  However priority will be given to those competing for the club if there are multiple applicants.
