Bracknell Ice Skating Club June Email Newsflash 2014

Sign up for this year’s panto Snow White on Ice 2014 will close at midnight on 30.6.14.  Sign up is via the BISC website and is for current BISC members only.  All members wishing to take part regardless of age must sign up and can access and complete the form via the link: www.bracknell-ice-skating-club.co.uk/Contact/Panto-2014.html  or from the Ice Panto menu.  Skaters must have passed all parts of Bronze passport to take part in the panto and the closing date for sign up is 30 June at 12 midnight.  Anyone with any internet difficulties should contact a BISC committee member.

Please note: 

A maximum of 50 skaters only will be allowed in the children’s Bronze passport category and those signing up after this number has been reached will be placed on the reserve list.  Please keep the automated confirmation email as proof of sign up date.

Performance licences will be required for all children in year 11 and below (arranged by the rink).

Show fee cost is £15.

Dates of panto performances are Wednesday 10 – Sunday 14 December 2014.

Start times of performances are:

Wednesday 6.30 pm
Thursday (Schools only performance) 12 noon
Friday 7 pm
Saturday and Sunday 2 pm and 6 pm.

Cast members must be able to attend all rehearsals.  These are normally scheduled on Tuesday/Thursday club sessions or Sunday evening for adult/teenage group with full run through and dress rehearsal held on Sunday morning/afternoon.

The rehearsal schedule for groups will be issued before full registration and show fee payment takes place in September (date to be confirmed).

Volunteers are required for chaperoning, lighting, props, prop painting and costumes and it may be necessary for cast members/parents to help make or provide parts of costumes/accessories. 

All cast members are reminded that they must renew their BISC membership in August if they wish to remain on the cast list!
