SNOW WHITE CAST REGISTRATION

Registration of the Snow
White cast will take place on Tuesday 9th September from 5pm – 7pm in
Honies restaurant which is located upstairs at the rink. (See below for
further info) NB: Only parents need to
attend.

Registration is primarily for
children in year 11
and below who need to apply
for a performance licence.
·
- However
ALL cast members must complete and hand in a costume measurement
form (attached) and pay their show fee by
Sunday 14 September otherwise they will be removed from the cast
list. Equally anyone who has not renewed their
BISC membership by 7 September will also be removed from the cast list.

The cast list is attached; some
titles are provisional as the final script has yet to be confirmed.
Only those on the cast list may register for
the panto. Please note that the numbers in groups may be
subject to change dependent on availability of chaperones.
PERFORMANCE DATES
Before registering would
parents/members please note the following performance dates and that the
performance times have changed this year. There is a performance on
Thursday 11th December at 12.00pm – this is a schools performance
only which is why it does not appear on the main flyer.
Wednesday 10th December, 6:30pm
Thursday 11th December, 12:00pm
Friday 12th December, 7:00pm
Saturday 13th December, 2:00 and
6:00pm
Sunday 14th December, 2:00 and
6:00pm
REHEARSAL SCHEDULE
The rehearsal schedule is
attached and on the website –
please make sure you check you/your child/children’s availability before
registering and paying the show fee as it is non-refundable.
You/your child/children will be registered based on the understanding that
attendance at all rehearsals is mandatory.
As each group has only 4
rehearsals in total to learn 2 routines - attendance to rehearsals is
compulsory.
Failure to attend 2 rehearsals will result in
exclusion from the cast list.
This year registers will be taken at the beginning of each
rehearsal by the coaches. It is your responsibility to ensure that your name is
ticked off in the register.
If you or your child is ill then you need to email
panto@bracknell-ice-skating-club.co.uk

account will be checked regularly.
A good code of conduct is expected on the ice, poor behaviour or
inappropriate comments about the pantomime on social media sites will be
reported to the Panto Director and may result in removal from the cast list.
REGISTRATION
Registration for children in year 11 and under - parents need to bring:

2 Passport sized photos of child These do not need to be
professional or booth passport photos – if you are able to reduce a head and
shoulder shot to a smaller size and print then this is sufficient.

Copy of child’s birth certificate

Show fee of £15 Cheques
to be made payable to BISC and handed
in at registration or payment can be paid
via PayPal/credit/debit card on the following link

Completed costume form – please download and complete.
For convenience cheque payment and/or completed costume form should be
left at reception for the attention of
Lisa Cox by 14 September or you can hand in at registration.
SHOW FEE
The show fee is £15, this fee
contributes towards costuming, make up etc and also the provision of food for
cast members between the weekend matinee and evening performances. This
year all cast members will receive a free panto programme.
Please note that BISC members are entitled to two panto tickets (per family) at
£5 off the normal ticket price.
COSTUME FORM
All cast members need to complete
this form and failure to do so will result in you being excluded from the cast
list. There will be wardrobe leads and tape measures available on the
registration evening.
VOLUNTEERS
Thank you for volunteering at the
point of registering yourself/child. There will be leads for each of the
main areas present at registration – please make yourself known to the lead who
will confirm the help required/timetable etc. NB: The costume group do not just
require those who can sew – help is needed in cutting patterns, issuing costumes
etc.
