LAST DETAILS FOR CINDERELLA ON ICE

PLEASE READ!

Well done everyone for Sundays final run through – you all looked lovely and the routines are coming together nicely.

Please note the final checks from wardrobe/hair/make up below:

Lighting advised yesterday that anyone wearing dark tights/leggings needs to ensure they are wearing dark underwear, white shows through under the lights and looks see through!  - ALL PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR UNDERWEAR DOES NOT SHOW UP UNDER THE LIGHTS!

Guards, as advised could you please ensure your hair is up in a top bun hidden under your hat. HOLLIE YOU WILL BE GOING TOWARDS MAX AND TAKING HIS TRUMPET FROM HIM AND PLACING ON THE STALL.

Ballroom scene -Charlotte please wear over the boot tights and hair in a bun

Adam please wear a bow tie

Woodland fairies –all need over the boot tights

Woodland animals

1 rabbit had no ears –these MUST be worn for all shows.  Please arrive 1hr 15 mins before show to allow for animal make up.

Snowdrops – all to be in white tights

Prince, to have a small black bow in plait as they did in the olden days.

PLEASE REFER TO THE PARENT LETTER ON THE WEBSITE FOR MAKE UP INSTRUCTIONS – YOU MUST WEAR DARKER FOUNDATION OR THE LIGHTS WILL WASH YOU OUT!!

OTHER:

PLEASE REMEMBER – YOU MUST NOT ENTER OR LEAVE THE ICE ON THE AV SIDE  -THIS IS FOR SCENERY MOVEMENT ONLY -  ENTER FROM THE MIDDLE TUNNEL OR THE OLYMPIA SIDE.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU KEEP THE NOISE DOWN WHEN WAITING TO GO ON A SCENE –AS THE AUDIENCE WILL HEAR YOU.

VILLAGERS/DANCERS

In your villager scene –your baskets will be on the stalls. After your routine, please collect them and pretend you are shopping -do not just stand and watch the skaters. At the very end of the scene – you exit taking the baskets with you and returning to props table.

Your dance routine – start line move forward –allowing for the thrones AND Lucine and Gary!

In your dancing scene –Act 2 –once you go to the back please assume a pose –no standing with arms crossed or twirling or fidgeting –it looks unprofessional. during all showcase dancers please either clap or sway –ALL DO THE SAME THING please.

MICE

When you are playing round storage boxes – please look engaged – play like mice, hide from each other etc. –you ALL need to join in to the ‘sexy and I know it routine!’

MARCEL - before your routine with Cinders starts – make sure your cheese is by barrier – collect this BEFORE you leave the ice at the end of the scene.

REMY AND MARCEL – YOUR COMEDY SECTION –WHEN YOU ARE GOING KARATE KICKS ETC – NEEDS TO BE MUCH FUNNIER, BIGGER ACTING AND END UP WITH YOU BOTH ON THE FLOOR!

When you are squirting water – please don’t squirt the dancers- but get the audience instead! (preferably children) – you can get David and Justin –a little but aim behind them at the audience. Follow Stacey’s lead – early on its 2 couples that go off so you need to separate and chase 1 each.

WASHING – ENTER AS SOON AS CINDERELLA DOES –THOSE NOT BRINGING LINE ON GET INTO YOUR STARTING POSITON ON THE FLOOR –YOU LEAVE WHEN ‘IT’S RAINING MEN’ STARTS

CINDERS /BUTTONS –when you leave the wardrobe –please make sure that the doors are closed!
