Bracknell Ice Skating Club Email Newsflash - February 2015

Just a reminder that the Aya Jayne Artistic Competition will take place on Tuesday 24th February starting at 5.15pm.
 
The running order will be available shortly.
 
Competitors - please arrive in good time to hand in your music. Please ensure your disk is labelled, in good condition and that there is only one track recorded on the CD. 
 
There will be no formal photographer at this event.  You may take pictures of your own child but please no flash photography.  It is planned that each routine will be videoed however at the competition.  These will be made available to the parents/skaters concerned for a small cost.  If you would rather your child was not featured, could you please advise as soon as possible – please respond to mark@manorpartnership.co.uk.  None of the material will be made available to anybody else, except those involved and will be deleted soon after the competition.

As usual we will be awarding the Aya Jayne Trophy for the best overall artistic. There will also be a trophy for Interpretation which will be awarded to the skater who has made the best job of interpreting their chosen theme.

As a result of this competition, please note there will be no club night on Tuesday this week.  Club nights (dance) resume this Thursday and a separate communication will follow.

Good luck to everybody taking part and if you aren't skating, please come along with your friends and family to provide support. All are welcome!
