This is a reminder that the new off ice sessions with JW Training are starting this weekend.

 

Each session costs £5 - directly payable to the trainer Saturdays 8.45-9.45 in Hospitality Sundays 9.45-10.45 in the Family Bar

 

All club members welcome - this is fitness and conditioning.  If in any doubt speak to anyone who attended the off ice during the recent camps to get a full report.
