Mixed Age and Novice B Categories
Congratulations to the Bracknell Fusion
Synchronised Skating teams which competed at the British Championships last
weekend.
Mixed Age are newly formed from members of previous teams. They did
exceptionally well becoming 8th out of 10 teams in this very tough
category and only being a team for 2 months and having a routine for only 6
weeks. They scored 22.72 which is a brilliant result and despite an
unfortunate fall which led to a visit to A&E. The team showed comradery
for the injured by all posing in a team photo with hands on chins.
Basic Novice B is Bracknell's first ever team of this International category.
They did extremely well by scoring 20.97 in their first ever competition
together as a team and came home with a Silver medal.
All teams are looking forward to competing again at the Trophy D'Ecosse held in
Dumfries Scotland in a couple of weeks.
