Congratulations to Emily-Lucine Phillips (12) & Jayin Panesar (12)

In August 2015 Emily-Lucine & Jayin competed in Sheffield where, having doubled their previous season’s best score, they won the silver medal. Consequently they became ranked as the #2 couple in their category in GB.  As a result of the huge improvement in their performance/marks they were asked to represent NISA and Great Britain in their 1^st full ISU international ice-dance event in Dortmund, Germany.  They are the first ever ‘home grown’ couple from Bracknell Ice Rink to compete at this prestigious level and finished 9^th out of 14 couples from all over Europe. Once again they scored personal bests on all 3 sections.  This was a great result for their first trip abroad!

They are one of the youngest couples to represent Great Britain in Ice-Dance and are looking forward to the challenge of competing in the 2015 British Ice-Dance Championships in December. We wish them Good Luck!
