NOTE - to non cast members  please note that Sunday morning patch will be used on the next two Sundays for rehearsals

PANTO RUN THROUGH, SUNDAY 22^nd November 7.30-9.30am

Please note the following important Information for Sunday’s run through.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE FIRST FULL RUN THROUGH WILL TAKE PLACE NEXT SUNDAY MORNING – PLEASE ARRIVE PROMPTLY AND BE READY TO SKATE AT 7.30AM

THIS IS A DRESS REHEARSAL – SO PLEASE COME DRESSED IN YOUR COSTUME – COSTUME AND HAIR INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE  - please review these to ensure that you have all parts of your costume in good time. Please follow the hair notes for this rehearsal, but ignore the makeup requirements at the moment.

For those groups who have a costume change – Villagers/Ballroom, Mice, Hunt/Palace Cleaners, Hopeful Maidens, Washing/Guards – please come dressed in your Act 1 costume and bring your 2^nd costume with you in a clean bag labelled with your name on it. LOST COSTUMES – WILL NOT BE REPLACED; it is your responsibility to ensure that your costume is kept clean and safe.

Try to arrive at the rink by 7.15am latest, you will all be seated on the benches on the AV side of the rink in your groups and with your chaperones – parents are NOT permitted to sit with their children. The changing room on the AV side of the rink will be open to permit changing. Blade  guards should be worn when not on the ice. You should have your phone switched off so you can be aware of any ice cues.

You will be entering the ice from the Olympia Bay – this will require you to wait for your cue – given by the Director and walk with your chaperone around the bottom of the rink – café side to enter and leave the ice.

You will be given your cast T-shirt at this rehearsal and group and principal, photos will be taken – you will receive instructions regarding this on Sunday.

You will also receive an envelope containing Panto flyers – please distribute these to friends family, school, your local shop etc to promote the Panto.

The food list for lunch on Saturday  12^th and Sunday 13^th December (between shows) is now available – please complete your choice against your name on the list at reception. NB; this also applies to chaperones/all other backstage helpers

If you are a principal and have not sent your bio to Detty Howard yet – please do so by the end of today (17^th  November) or you risk not getting into the programme!

Calling parents – it would be great if some of you could assist with scenery painting during the rehearsal – if interested please just turn up and you will be given a job to do!!!

Finally if you have not yet bought your tickets – then please do and remember BISC club members get two tickets at £5.00 off the normal ticket price.
