If you are not able to attend registration on 12 September then you can collect the registration pack for you or your child from reception after this date.

Please note new show timings and rehearsal schedule before paying your show fee as this is non refundable. The costume form has to be submitted and show fee paid by Monday 18 September and performance licence paperwork for children in year 11 and under submitted by Tuesday 3 October.

Principals are reminded that they are expected to attend at the 2 read-throughs

General reminders

Performance licences will be required for all children in year 11 and below (arranged by the rink).

Show fee cost is £20.  This fee includes: Programme, 1 x photo, show T-shirt, two panto tickets (per cast member) at £5 off the normal ticket price and 1 free bleacher seat ticket.

Dates of panto performances are Wednesday 13 – Sunday 17 December 2017.

Start times of performances are:

Wednesday 6.30 pm
Thursday (Schools only performance) 12 noon
Friday 6.30 pm 
Saturday and Sunday 2 pm and 6 pm.

Cast members must be able to attend all rehearsals.  These are normally scheduled on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday club sessions for groups with full run through and dress rehearsals held on the last 3 Sunday mornings/afternoons before the show starts on 13 December.

The rehearsal schedule for groups will be issued and show fee payment is due prior to show registration which will take place on Tuesday 12 September at the rink from 5.30-7pm.  Show fee must be paid to the rink via reception.

Volunteers are required for chaperoning, lighting, props, prop painting and costumes and it may be necessary for cast members/parents to help make or provide parts of costumes/accessories.

All cast members are reminded that they must renew their annual BISC membership in August if they wish to remain on the cast list!
