Cast Entrance

Cast will be able to gain entrance though the cast entrance only, anyone who tries to come through main reception will be sent back round via the outside of the building, doors will be open at the following times:

Wednesday 12^th December from 4.30pm

Thursday 13^th December from 10.30am

Friday 14^th December from 4.30pm

Saturday 15^th December from 12.30pm and 3.30pm

Sunday 16^th December from 12.30pm and 3.30pm

(Please note that these doors will not be opened until all chaperoned areas are clear of public and are suitable for cast, this can sometimes cause a delay.)

Cast members 16 and under who require chaperoning and a performance licence must be signed in by their guardian or a letter must be given to the registration desk authorizing anyone else to sign their child in or out.

Collection is up to 30 minutes after the performance finishes. Exception is Thursday due to cast photographs on the ice which is no later than 3.30pm.

If chaperoned cast are not picked up by these times, Bracknell Ice rink reserve the right to call Social Services as this is a breach of their performance licence.
